    Exactly what I was thinking. Anybody else......... £18m......... no chance................ Spurs and the 'expert negotiator Levy'.............. yes its probably a firm bid!! Lets face it if it is a firm bid, he's gone. It will negate a big chunk of this windows spend and Ashley will like that. Even if things have changed a little with regard to the calibre of players coming in, I still believe that every single one of our squad has a price. Even the new arrivals.

    £8/9/10m is no where near enough for a full time French international. I'd expect an interested party to be bidding £15m and us to be asking for £20, so £18m would be about right.

    We should take 18 million if this is for real but I think it's Bull.

    If he was in the same frame of mind as last season not only would he be useless to us anyway but he would be trying to get this move through. From what I am hearing tho he seems to have pulled himself together a bit. I think he reckons he will get games here before the Euros and also can see he is going to have a bit more quality around him.

    He really hacked me off last season when we needed him to show much more fight.
