Rather than clutter your thread, I'll just give a couple of links so that it can be easily ignored

The first one is a FB link and includes Highway to Hell (first track), Simply the Best (second track) and Rolling in the Deep (third track)

The second one is youtube (Highway to Hell recorded on mobile live at a local village), different group
Really enjoyed them Ron, thanks for posting them up.
Listened to the ones you linked, and also the Valerie and Long Train Running covers....enjoyed them all.
She's got a great voice mind.

You should never be afraid to push forward obvious talent mate, it's how things have always been. It was great to listen to and I'm a big advocate of live music, especially with young people.

Best of luck ....

Simply the Best is the one song that gets middle aged couples on the dance floor at weddings etc that wouldn't normally dance together, they then shuffle about aimlessly waving their arms, then at the chorus they point at their spouse whilst singing the chorus but secretly wishing they were dead
Define “middle aged”. I’m 47, and I’d sit down if it came on, or even go outside until it was finished! Can’t stand the song

Just been a bit on BBC news24 talking to Mark Knoplfler about her and her music.

Didn't realise that "What's Love Got To Do With It" was originally recorded by.......

Bucks Fizz!!

Yes funny but true! There’s a great Tina Turner documentary, I think it was just called Tina, and that Bucks Fizz song was partly responsible in resurrecting her career. It nearly didn’t get made as it was nothing like powerhouse version by Tina. Almost unrecognizable.
