Like some of her songs, can’t stand “simply the best”!! Unbelievable talent though RIP
Anything that's likely to be played over the Wembley tannoy usually makes me cringe ...
... especially if Queen are involved.

Absolute tremendous performer and what a life. RIP - there is one hell of a rock and roll band up there these days!!
Originality goes a long way in a sea of drossJust said to my son that I'm already dreading the next.
I watched a performance by Neil Yound earlier who had people like Emmylou Harris backing him. He wouldn't last thirty seconds on X-Factor ...
... weak as piss voice, couldn't hold a note, no fashion sense and not a great looker.
But some of his music will last for eternity.
Oh dear, sorry. I was going to post a video of my daughter singing that one (amongst others) when she had a group. I won't nowLike some of her songs, can’t stand “simply the best”!! Unbelievable talent though RIP

Haha don’t let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch man. I’m probably in a minority. One of those songs I have on a list if “hit fast forward immediately “. A memorable night that was - I’ve always been pleased to know I was thereWas the first "big star" we saw live in concert at Gateshead stadium in 1990 - great night, followed by our first visit to Disney World a couple of weeks later.
R.I.P Tina
Great night and the support acts were brilliant as well.A memorable night that was - I’ve always been pleased to know I was there
Just post it man.
Been watching a tribute to her (Tina, not your daughter) on BBC4.
what a performer.
If only there was a Tina Turner song I could use as an appropriate tribute.
Abandoned as a child, horribly abused by an awful husband, got up, got out, got on with it and made her life a triumph through hard work and talent.
She was simply private dancer.

Simply the Best is the one song that gets middle aged couples on the dance floor at weddings etc that wouldn't normally dance together, they then shuffle about aimlessly waving their arms, then at the chorus they point at their spouse whilst singing the chorus but secretly wishing they were dead
