There's no doubt that we couldn't compete in the Premier League with our current strike force, with the exception of Aluko, we have no strikers that are Premier League quality and even he's more of a second striker. We're obviously addressing this and we will sign two, possibly three strikers.
Haven't seen a lot of Aluko playing for Hull but I really wanted us to sign him when he was at Rangers - he looked a real handful there - even if the opposition defences were sometimes of questionable quality. I think the problem you are going to have is 'keeping up with the Kardashians' - Swansea being able to sign the top scorer in Dutch football (for £12 million) and pair him with Michu and Southampton paying a similar sum for Victor Wanyama shows just how high the bar is being set outside of the 'super powers' in the league. Wish you good luck!!!
even norwich have signed van wolfswinkel. I think all 3 teams going up will struggle, as well as sunderland, villa and maybe even fulham

Hahahaha! Classic! Speaking of Fulham, there are a couple of rumours that we're looking at Chris Baird. Always thought he was a good player, good from set pieces too. Probably total bollocks though.
Very good signing yes but the wrong type of signing for QPR. The safety net for them is its only a 1 year deal
Jack Hobbs set to sign for Forest Surely ending their interest in Wes. Shame as I would have liked to see Hobbs partner Wes here
Only Chester and Hobbs were actually the defenders that Pearson signed. Bruce signed Faye, Bruce Jnr, Figueroa, Davies. McShane was already here from the Phil Brown era. Can't really say Pearson built the defence.
Yeah now Hobbs has just Forest he is complete ****. I would rather Zak Whitbread any day. Hobbs cant attack to save his life Complete and utter useless defender. He is lost without Wayne Brown
Our first choice back 3 last season were Chester, Faye and McShane and the wing backs were Elmo and Brady. Hobbs would have probably featured more had he not been injured and Dudgeon pretty much missed the entire season through injury, Rosie featured regularly, but only from the bench.
Oh how the mighty have fallen http://www1.skysports.com/football/...-Charlton-keen-on-Hull-City-s-Cameron-Stewart Hull did us a massive favour rejecting them bids. We wouldnt have Ben Marshall if we got Stewart
Watford are at it again They have just signed 8 players from Udiense with more expected to follow. 2 of their best players from last season IMO dont look like returning anyway. Matej Vydra and Nathaniel Chalobah then highly unlikely to return. Vydra has already ruled it out and wants a prem move and Chelsea will either keep Chalobah or loan him to a prem club http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23374082
