Cerny, we all love to have a bit of inside info, if indeed that is what you have. But why do you persist with these cryptic one liners? You know damn well it winds people up, or is that the whole point? The thrill of having us all dangling, eagerly waiting for the next snippet!
If you've got something to pass onto us, then do so, if not, say nothing.
If I was wanting to solve puzzles, I'd buy a book of crosswords!

 

Cerny's question is only relevant/interesting
1. if the silent investors aren't silent - in other words if they want a say in the running of the club.....in which case they would have a seat on the board.
2. If they are likely to request repayment of their investment at short /no notice - assume that TF has his terms and conditions sorted and this cannot happen
3. If they fail to stump up extra investment that may have been agreed. In which case the Mittals may have to step up to the plate and the shareholding balance may change.
There is nothing mysterious about this - very few people have £50 or £60million hanging around in cash, so TF would have to have found others to partially fund the buy out. This will be subject to terms and conditions and security guarantees either on TF himself or tied to the business. But QPR has debt, makes a loss and has very little in the way of assets (the ground is not really a realisable asset) so I doubt there is much risk to the club. By any objective measure the club is bankrupt/ not a viable business anyway ( as are most other English clubs).
The 'silent investors' must trust the 3 Malaysians to represent their interests. While it would be fun to know who they are, it is really not relevant to the way our club is run.
