The only way your bid can win is if you destroy the fan's bid. You would be left with a club with no fans as they would start their own club, renting a stadium for £1m + a year playing in non-league as the FL will kick us out. A pointless escapade, so cut your losses and save yourself a heck of a lot of bother - you are not wanted! The only way your bid can win is if you destroy the fan's bid. Dear Mr Harris,
I thank you as a Portsmouth fan for your interest in our club. There are some very important ways that you can help our club and the best one is to buy a share in the Portsmouth Supporters Trust. For only £1,000 you can become an owner of our illustrious football club, the most successful team on the south coast, and your generous investment will go towards securing the heritage and maintaining the passion of one of the most renowned sets of supporters in Great Britain.
Like any investor into the Trust your contribution would be welcomed and valued and it will provide you with a say in the further work to be undertaken by the Trust and would allow you to stand for election to the Trust Board.
The fans of Portsmouth FC are committed to ridding themselves of outside owners that have no committment other than financial, and no emotional engagement with our club. We want freedom and your £1,000 contribution can help us achieve that independence that is now our right after all we have been put through.
If you have any other plans for ownership, please take them to another club that may welcome such involvement as we do not
Yours faithfully
Equinox
@Ilfords finest
Mr Harris, you are not a break from the past owners as you have stated, you will be renting the ground from the past owner.
Please do not embarrass yourself any further by attempting to pursue this bid. The 3 people in our household will not attend matches at Fratton Park ever again should you be succesful. We have been attending away league games only for the last 2 seasons in an attempt to starve Chanrai of income and this will continue.
It's high time for a change in the way our club has been run in the last few decades and the PST running it as a community club is what is required. Please just go away.
@nagoyablue
Dear Mr. Harris,
The FL and the PFA have both made it clear that they will not entertain your bid. It really is PST or bust now. With that in mind, I have to ask you why you continue to try and undermine the PST bid? If you are successful, all it will do is lead to the liquidation of PFC. Is that what you want?
The FL, the PFA and many, many fans have made it clear. You are not wanted at PFC.
@banker
As Pompey fans we just want someone to come and run the club as a business. That means running it in a sustainable manner within the rules of the FL. Your stint at the FL saw you labelled as someone who would be unfit to run a kebab shop and your grasp of financial issues also seems unsound as you're apparently willing to pay rent for the stadium leaving us as mere tenants of our own ground when you could conceivably buy it outright for the same £3m the PST have had it valued for. Add in the fact that the £3m transfer war chest you boasted about for next season would immediately contravene the new FFP rules leaves me with the clear impression that you would create a disaster at Portsmouth as big, if not bigger, than you did at Swansea - a club you drove to the brink of extinction.
Allowing you to own our club allows the crooks and shysters who have dragged our name through the mud to continue their involvement here and that alone means you should never be allowed ownership. Coupled with the anti - Midas touch you've displayed throughout your business career (Swansea, Football League, Seymour Pierce - is there anything you've touched that you haven't ballsed up?) it's clear you have no place owning our club.
@buschman
Mr Harris,
You tried to fool us with your bid, only for us to see through it as did the FL and the Majority of the media. We dont need or want you involved in our great club. As you have been told by everyone else go home and leave us to mould the future of not just Portsmouth FC but for English football.
@pricesboy
Mr Harris,
Any bid that allows Portpin to retain a hold over our club and features John Redgate is doomed to failure. Give it up and go home. We're not that stupid.
@mikeysad
It is not possible for a legitimate businessman to profit from buying PFC, we are not stupid, we are aware that our future income will be committed to paying off our debts in order to get the club on a level and sustainable footing. Any person wanting to buy Pompey would be doing so for devious motives and we have had our fill of those. The Trust in buying our club will ensure that Fratton Park remains in supporters ownership forever, something that you can never achieve. Chanrai will NEVER sell the ground to you, forget his promises of future ownership, they simply wont happen. Under the Trust ownership I will see the ground re-developed in my lifetime, under your ownership it will never happen, because you will never own it and Chanrai will never spend a penny on it.. We know that the two attractions for you are the P/L payments and the fan base, but as the payments are committed to pay off debt, how can you possibly profit from them ( AHA,AHA I THINK i MAY HAVE TUMBLED YOU THERE MR HARRIS), the other asset as I see it is the magnificent supporter base, who you would never see inside the ground as paying supporters, outside, you bet, protesting at each game. Forget it Keith there is nothing here for you, go and find a club more worthy of your talents, oh you can't can you, the FA won't approve you will they, well I guess that's it then. ''GO HOME HARRIS''.
@pyrmontblue
Dear Mr Harris,
The fans of Portsmouth FC are committed to ridding themselves of outside owners that have no emotional commitment with our club.
There is nothing for you here, move on and retain your dignity,

@blueeast
Dear Mr Harris,
Why have you been trying to buy Fratton Park from Mr. Chainrai (Portpin)? He (they) does not own Fratton Park.
Why have you concluded an agreement with Mr. Chainrai (Portpin) to lease Fratton Park should your bid be successful? He (they) does not own Fratton Park.
A successful bid through the administrators, PKF, will be taken to the courts so that a judge may decide the actual percentage of the secured charge, which Mr. Chainrai (Portpin) holds against Fratton Park, based on the value of the asset against which the charge is held, that will be paid. As you well know, when attending the pawnbroker, the proprietor will not give you a loan in excess of the value of the item you wish to pawn, (in fact not over a small fraction of the value of the item).
Mr Chainrai (Portpin) previously pawned Fratton Park to himself (themselves) for an amount significantly over its value, the court will release Fratton Park to the new owner of Portsmouth Football Club for significantly less than the sum claimed by Mr. Chainrai (Portpin). If you are a 'billionaire' (sorry, please excuse my guffaw) business man, operating independently of your former close associates Messrs. Chainrai and Kushnir, why would you possibly try to do a deal to purchase (or lease) a property from those same close associates that do not own that property? Unless, of course, you are not independent and are in fact working as a poorly disguised surrogate of those close associates. I can only believe that your first act in ownership of Portsmouth FC would be to sign over Fratton Park to Mr. Chainrai (Portpin) so that you could subsequently drain any funds from the club by engaging it in a ridiculous and exorbitant leasing agreement with Mr. Chainrai (Portpin).
It is clear that you would NOT be the beneficial owner of Portsmouth FC should your bid have been successful. It is clear that you are not independent but are a surrogate for the rejected Mr. Chainrai (Portpin). It is clear that the Football League have dismissed your bid, absolutely correctly - that you would have no intention to run or manage Portsmouth Football Club to the benefit of the Club.

@richardisbell
Dear Mr Harris
As my fellow Pompey supporters have already pointed out, the only motive for your interest in Portsmouth Football Club is the lure of making money. And what could be better than money? Obviously, more money.
A wealthy ship owner (whose name unfortunately escapes me) once said “Money attracts sh*t”. To this day I have yet to find a better definition for greed. And that sums up your and other parties interest in acquiring our club to which many fans have donated their hard earned wages and savings in an attempt to support the Trust and therefore secure the future of.
It would best for us all if you terminated your interest forthwith.
