I thought it was a drum shop on Beverley Road.
My understanding is that the debt has been cleared, however after investing £40 odd million saving the club, then around £4m buying new players already, it is a bit much asking for huge money for more players.
On the lack of signings, we are looking at free agents, most of these ae on holiday now so not easy to show round club, discuss futher of club ect, others who played for more cautious clubs have contracts that finish at end of June (incase of protracted seasons). Most of these will weigh up offers ( i certainly would) before signing.
Other signings will be made after clubs sort out there needs (such as Leicesters search for CB before letting us sign Hobbs) and know who is surplus and who is avalible for loan. Throw into the mix the U21 compitition too.
I think we will make a signing or two in the next couple of weeks, with the bulk signed early July.
