Lucas Perez is probably the best signing of the season, then I doubt many would argue with Takuma Asano and then, yes, maybe Granite Zhaka third, I'll give you that. 3rd is close to 1st though, come on.

In terms of the actual thread Zlatan is the signing of the season, despite his wages he arrived on a free and his goals have been priceless to United this season, as he proved again yesterday. We were linked with Gabbiadini for ages, but his goal scoring record was decidedly meh. He's started great at Soton and if he keeps it up he'll prove to be a bargain, but his previous record doesn't suggest he will, time will tell.
5 goals in his first 3 games, and two of those in a cup final. That's a pretty ****ing impressive start for a striker still getting used to English football.
Kante, Zlatan, Wanyama and Mane have all been excellent signings. Gueye at Everton also looks very good.
