I don't know where all this is going. Two players one flirting with relegation one having been relegated. Are these first team players, squad players? We don't know as yet. Hopefully we are buying players who will build into a great TEAM. Hope it's not a case of they were cheap. Are they players to take us to the top ten? I do appreciate it's early days and the Bosmans come first normally. Same happened last year and we all expected the big signings that never came.
Ricky Lambert and Adam lallana were playing in the third flight four years ago. I really wouldn't panic too much about signing from championship or championship threatened teams.
After the last few seasons, I'll be fine with just a comfortable season, i.e. clear of relegation all season
Happy with our business up to now...just hope we can keep Jack Colback on board and sign Borini,but I have every faith in Gus!!
I'm very happy with the two signings, and I firmly believe they are a big improvement on the players who have left us. As has been said un an earlier post, I would also dearly like to see Colback sign a new long term deal...
Cracking deal. Much better all round footballer than Gardner, takes penners, free kicks and cracks a few belters in from distance. Another very good piece of business.
