Sigh

Ah more lies.......

Who denied anything?

Plenty of evidence of it happening. No denials from anyone. The nearest thing to a denial would be the fact it was a minority. Still far too many but still out of 70000+ it was a minority.

The club has come out almost immediately and condemned them. I have read they are trying to identify them through various means, CCTV and witnesses etc....

Oh and when did I say it was Liverpools problem.

Alas this thread has now turned into a slagging match..Predictable.
Can we just get one thing straight though..This was not a whole stadium chanting but up to abouty 200 so called "fans" in the Stretford End.
A tiny minority who's views I'm sure many UTD posters don't share.
Please don't tarnish us all with same brush.

when you implied that the outrage over the chanting is "getting all pissy pants"

Unless you have brain damage which I suspect may be possible, I was referring to the munich mocking, dead player mocking scumbag called Alan Slevin.

A person who has no right being in such a thread considering his views on tragedies of other clubs. People like him cannot claim the moral highground when they have no issue mocking the dead of other clubs.

So when this ****wit is caling United fans every name under the sun for the actions of a few it is quite offensive and very irionic.

Exactly.

Trying to get these 'liverpool fans' to understand it though is edging on the impossible.

I don't know who disagrees with this <ok>

(although Mancs are certainly experts about tarnishing - every LFC fan was called a racist after ONE fan shouted abuse)

Thats actually true. However they won't admit that a section of their fans were in the wrong when they were doing it on Saturday whilst playing WIGAN. What in the name of christ had it to do with Wigan? Then again it was the same set of supporters that called Fernando Torres (A Spaniard) a Scouse bastard. However he was actually standing next to Wayne Rooney. Maybe they were calling Wayne Rooney a scouse bastard, that would be understandable.
PS UIR, it was clearly more than 200, as it was a section of the Stretford end and was easily heard, 200 wouldn't be as easily heard.

This not letting go **** is exactly why there will be taunts and chants at the game this weekend btw.

Both sides have done things in the past that 3/4 of the supporters hated and wish they could kick those types of fans out. If you are jsut dragging up more old **** to try and score "winning" points then it is pointless as both sides have too much to just bring up. It won't end like that.

Turn the other cheek, move on, get over it, stop bringing the same tired played **** up. It just sparks it to go further and further until there is no return.

I find it quite alarming that yet again, UIR has set up camp on the Liverpool board. I find it disturbing that he can't help himself and has to post a thread on almost every topic discussed on the Liverpool board. I will offer you the chance again UIR to come out and admit you are a Liverpool fan...Now let's wait for him to ask me if I know which team I support because once upon a time, I started a thread and posted it on the Everton board. This is UIR' attempt at avoiding the subject and I must say, like him, it's getting boring!

I read a few of his posts on this and other threads about the Hillsborough report and the chanting, and must say, I was pleasantly surprised by what he had put. As a United fan it was commendible! Now, he's back to his ****in annoyin self posting **** about how it's Liverpool's fault the United fans were chanting a song about Liverpool when they were playing Wigan! Maybe, you should be asking the fans in the Stretford end which team they support or if they know the difference between all of their opponents because they don't seem to, to me!

As for, 'it was a minority' this is a poor excuse! Approximately 200 fans were witnessed to have been singing the song in question. Now whilst 200 out of 70k+ is a minority, you need to look at the figure seperately. 200 is a lot of people! If you were surrounded by 200 people, you'd feel intimidated. If 200 people were singing in a pub, it would probably drown out everything else in that pub...This is not a minority, and everything you have written before has been ruined by the recent posts on this thread.

man, interviewing for a job is preferable to this over and over and over.

We know it was only a few fans.
We know UIR makes stupid absolute statements that are as much wrong as right.
We know dickheads are dickheads regardless of who they follow.

We can only hope for the show of respect to the deceased and those close to the victims that may be attending the game.
We can only hope United ban offenders for this if it happens.

Everything else is handbags, I only care about these closest to this tragedy the rest of us can manage.

Who hasn't admitted it?I know that MUST claimed that it was a chant aimed at Suarez<doh>, but the manager and club came out and "deplored" it. So please tell me who hasn't admitted it?
btw..I've always found "You scouse basterd" aimed at Torres kinda ironic

Firstly Who's Slevin,
Secondly nobody has ever said it was the whole of the Stretford End, and it was definitely more than the 200, you said.

If you are going to pretend to not be Mr Alan M Slevin of Clonmore just north of Edenderry in County Offaly try not having an identical writing style and try not posting the same things on here as you post on the Anti-United facebook pages you are a member of.

Would make it a little less obvious Alan. Though you would of learned from the last time but seems not.

UIR can't say **** all about you posting on the Everton board

when he made the banter thread he set the primary board as the LFC one and then Man U as the secondary, that's why it's on our board now that cross board threads are disabled

I was asked by the mods Luv and Bow to do so. The banter thread is actually the 3rd banter thread. Our mods at the time were not very active while the Liverpool ones were.

Please stop drinking. I know its an Irish thing to be pissed out of your skull 24/7 but just once, put it down <ok>

This is the type of thread that brings the wrong type of people to our board. You guys can keep the slagging match going, I am actually going to do some work now, a lot better than this nonsense.
