So daiswan has been baned from not606 for ever for not agreeing with the gang over on the jacks board, or so it would appear.

As they say over there......................... discuss.
 
That board has finally nailed in the last nail when it comes to freedom to talk about football. Perhaps this is what the Groovy's always intended now they have set up a new Groovy led forum. Rest in peace Swansea 606 <rose>
 
Hope the super mod reinstate him.

Its a disgrace. Bully boys have got their way it seems.
 
Just said on another thread, we should give him special dispensation to post on the Cardiff board, where everyone is welcome (almost)
 
Dai talks about football and gets banned while others talk about rissoles and getting pissed and continue talking rubbish on a Football forum. Something just doesn't add up.
 
I understood that they can add up to 12 using all fingers on both hands over there tho?......................;)
 
disgraceful decision by a couple of ****s on there who do nothing but moan, insult members and call for bans. they know who they are, dilligaf seems to be the chief ****.

ironic that of all the members on there, the only one who actually talks about football most of the time gets banned.......<laugh> what a joke of a board <laugh>

What a sad state that board is. Daiswan was a great one for disagreeing and causing the Groovy gang to go into meltdown, seems they have got their way at the moment.

Dai was on this site yesterday stating Swansea will not be going down.

He made comments about Laudrup which were fair enough.

He argues over on this site. We dont ban him though.

As soon as he says something negative he is jumped on.

Certain posters over there dont like any negative comments about SCFC and will attack their own fans over it.

Your performance against us if your being honest was gutless and now youve just shipped 3 against another struggling team.

Plenty on our site criticising our style and tactics. No one gets banned for talking about football.

I spent around 3 years having a go at Dave Jones. I survived a ban. Though im sure Taff would have done if hed been a mod then.<laugh>

Swanselona if you dont like his posts put him on ignore. No need to ban him.

difference is, its made by a swansea fan on a different board.....and with a completely different set of circumstances, such as your previous manager getting you promoted and excelling with liverpool.

hope you appreciate the difference.
 
We currently have a few threads about Malky all comments have been discussed and all points of view have been allowed to stay.

Once you start banning people for a negative or positive opinion you may as well shut down the board.

Hilts was Dave Jones biggest critic (still is) and was allowed the freedom to express his opinion, nearly everybody disagreed with him but not once did we want him banned.
Hmmmmmmmmmmm thinking about it maybe we need a groovy gang <laugh>

Dai is harmless enough. He has some radical opinions but they are his and he is free to make them. We endlessly pointed out how misguided he was but he was never abusive and I don't recall anyone ever wanting him banned.

I hope, as Dai says, whoever "owns" 606 takes a good look at the circumstances behond the ban and finds a way to reinstate him - even if just on our board. Now that would really get up their groovy noses.
 
Thats fair enough Swamp, but hope you can tell the difference seeing as we have had to put up with Dai, you only get a small part of him, so with all due respect, you know very little. Hence my tongue in cheek comments I will continue to post.

Also Hilts, Dai has been critical of ML and his tactics for some time, the guy is madly in love with Brendan, and constantly goes on about it. Thing is, you don't get to see it sitting here in your own little world, so its easy to say you know why he was banned, and that he doesn't deserve it.

I didn't want to see Dai get banned, but hey, can also understand why he was, and sorry, you guys have brought up a topic you know very little about. So hope you can appreciate it when I say, you don't know what he is like.

And Hilts, sorry mate, you can ask the guys over there, I have been saying negative things about our players, but there is a difference, I am not wuming the hell out of it, and derailing as many threads possible with the same comments. And even the more calm posters are fed up with Dai.

And as for shipping 3 v stoke, same could be said that you failed to score against a Norwich that shipped 7 the following game, its easy to talk like that. Hell why didn't you score 3 against a team that shipped 3 to Stoke? And there is plenty who criticise the performance, but Dai has had it in for ML since BR left, and its easy for anyone who actually frequents our board to see that. But then its easy to discuss from the outside.

On your last part our lack of creativity and criticism of that has been discussed. I saw the Norwich game. We were utter garbage thats why we failed to score.

Glad you disagree with his ban.

Hope hes allowed back. Im sure he will be - as I said put him on ignore.

Its being discussed as Dai has been on our site including the old 606 for a long time. Most of the discussions with him have been disagreements.

so it boils down to this, he's opinionated and a perhaps a bit extreme in his views and you dont agree with him, so he gets banned.

i hope no member ever gets the same treatment over here thats all im saying.........<ok>
