The thing to bear in mind here guys is who Diouf's agent is. This story stinks of him. This is how he sells on unloved players. Time & time again. Look at the controversy it has provoked already. Pure McKay.

It just won't happen. End of (I hope!!)

Get Diouf with one condition, to tape his mouth while he is playing.

I only thing I'll remember the **** for was when he spat during the Celtic Liverpool European game at Celtic Park - pretty sure it was a UEFA Cup game <ok>

It was and he was charged by Strathclyde (Protestant) Police Force because of it, they took no further action as he had spat at Celtic fans!

Hopefully the only smoke & fire involved is him burning at the stake. Filthy little scumbag!

I'll have to be a little bit controversial here...Although he is undoubtedly a horrible, spiteful little man...when he's on his game, he's a hell of a player at this level. And if anyone's going to bring the good side of his game out on a frequent basis, I'd imagine it'd be Warnock.

He would be like Ballotelli at man City his goals would win you a few games but his attitude would probably cost us more points both on the field and with clashes in the dressing room.

    Probably true <ok>
I don't see him joining anyway tbh, but if he did, I for one wouldn't have a problem with it...providing he behaves himself

I still don't think he'll sign. It's possibly something that's been discussed with McKay while negotiating Rosco's contract, but I don't see NW risking it.

Maybe keeping his options open, to be honest, the more I think about it the easier it gets. I wasn't impressed when we signed Paynter, I was totally pissed off when we wasted even a weeks wage on Forssell, although Diouf is a dirty scum bag his talent and quality on the pitch are better than Paynter and Forssell (I can't believe I am warming to the idea) as long as it is a 'possible' signing along with others that are far more appealing and not the highlight of the transfer window
