He has had more time than most,he is in his 8th year with us,8 years for god sake and he takes Kilkenny off and brings on Pitman,he plays Stead on the left wing against Brighton,he won't play Cisse,why.....? and he tells our players to not be afraid and be brave and then he's angry...... The man is out of his depth,get him out for the sake of Bristol City FC and not be a charity for Keith Millen to learn..

After less than 10 games...? So last season has been completely wiped from your memory then...?? He's had a SEASON and less than 10 games and we are still awful - beggers belief how some can still not see that it is the football (or lack of it) that we play which is the issue plus a lack of a good man manager capable of inspiring the players.... People just don't understand how important it is to have a boss who is;- a). inspirational b). is clearly successful and going places and c).who you WANT to work for A NEW MANAGER WOULDN'T NEED TO BUY A LOT OF NEW PLAYERS AS THE SQUAD IS BETTER THAN THIS, it is just not inspired, motivated, call it what you like - the lack lustre performances reflect the flat and passionless persona of the manager which in turn transfers to the team which is dragged down to this level.... The business that I work for lost its MD nearly a year ago and has drifted rudarlessly under temp control for this period however our new MD spoke to us last week and we all already know that we can work for the guy and with his track record, that we will all benefit from his drive and dynamism... THIS IS WHAT IS NEEDED AT THIS CLUB - sorry Keith, but your time is up....
Wiz, Cisse wont play because he wants to leave. Same with a few others. Prem while I agree that you need a leader, the board haven't helped things in the slightest over the summer. A number of players asked to leave, had clubs enquire about them only for the board to give the completely over the top evaluations, hence them now dragging their asses about knowing they have no chance of playing or leaving any time soon. I wasn't giving KM a glowing vote of confidence, more that I think things like bringing in more coaches/scouts and setting up the development squad etc does bode well for the future. To be honest by 'can't fault a lot of what he's done' It's more like 'can't fault everything' but I was getting pissed off at reading the same things constantly.. Don't get me wrong, his subs are bizzare and i'm bloody frustrated seeing Stead and Pitman played on the left. Like i've said on another post, I trust SL to know when the right time to change it is. I wont fault him for having loyalty, it should stand us in good stead when it's time to look for a new manager. In a similar vein... the players also have to perform. Millen takes blame for where we are, so do they.
