Don't recall ever going in a KFC but on the other pressing issue: I can confirm, I've previously had raisins in chip-shop curry sauce. Of course, only a some sort of clochard would put it near chippy fish, but on chippy chips (perhaps with a breadcake too), well, the kids are alright.
The curry sauce should be poured over the full length of the fillet of fish so ensuring that a creshendo of flavours should erupt within the mouth. The combination of crisp batter, moist fish and finally piquant curry sauce is the Ambrosia of the Gods. Eaten off paper of course and with a wooden fork. Breadcake optional.
Are all threads now curry sauce/gravy/fish n chips? I hope the Sturmbannführer mod is removing all off topic football posts from all threads!
Basically pour it over cardboard. When I first met my mrs She cooked us both a fillet steak. She proceeded to put salad cream all over hers. Dirty git. She hasn't done it again. She didn't understand food, she does now, and by the sounds of it mate neither do you.
Curry sauce on Fish and Raisins in Curry are both a no no for me. Curry sauce on Chips I can go with, but on fish never.
It'll probably go up when the govt realise they can tax it as a single use plastic item like the carrier bag. (Politically neutral)
Never trust a man that puts curry sauce on his fish and chips, same goes for those that think tea is better than coffee, absolute head cases the lot of them.
