2 words. Goalkeepers and culture. How the **** we didn't buy a keeper in the window is beyond me and the culture needs a radical change. If we're serious about going up this year we should have a look at the free transfer market and see if we can get some quality veteran to do one last job for us. Costs us game after game.

We need to fill the squad with championship proven quality not league one plodders. Garnish with some bright prospects and bake until golden brown. That’s exactly our problem with this squad, they know they are generally for the chop if they hit the target of promotion.
