It's fairly obvious the way this season is going, and it's not up. I sincerely doubt a transfer window will change that, perhaps adding another bunch of useless strikers who score about one goal every five or so games. Fact that a midfielder is so far ahead of our goalscoring table speaks volumes. In 15 league games plus about 4 cup games, our strikers have managed a brilliant 3 goals between them.

I was chatting to some OU fans on the way back to the car when we played them last season. They were saying how carp they thought Craddock was - no love lost there - and we were saying how poor Kitson was. Seems we might have both been right. Except........ I've seen this all before, when a player plays through injuries. Maybe if he really is mended he might be worth something to us. If not then (I think) his contract is up at the end of the season and we can bid him goodbye.
