unless we get a loan player we seem to have the squad we have, so let us hope the team can be given the time to gel and with some players get fully fit.
as i have said previously i personally feel we need to give the team 12 games to see how they shape up.

Well town did lose the game, but I feel that there is some good potential in the squad to make us not in mid table. It will need a couple of wins to quell the doubters. We could have walked away from the game with a point at least bar a goal line clearance and some suspect defense. Hopefully Sadler is back in defense for the next game or two

i think we have 15 new players and one of thing that always puzzles me is why sign players who are not fully fit, i know we needed a forward and a defensive midfielder but we have loft, grant and now angol who are not fully fit

I guess if they know they are off then they stop training with the current squad. Nsiala and Nolan stopped training.

Reported in the Star that Swindon have enquirer about Eisa on loan. This move would be a huge mistake in my opinion. I know he is raw but this lad has ability and could play a part for us now even as an impact sub. His contract is up with us at the end of the season so if this goes ahead he might never get the chance to get a run of games in our side. We need all the options available to us after making such a poor start to the season and should be thinking of strengthening the squad rather than further weakening it.

yes it would if we are going to loan him out get him on a new contract first and give him the right kind of message ,
    in todays star
    in the star today
"Other players not yet involved in Askey’s squads have been Luke Hendrie, Zak Jules and Arthur Gnahoua.

“Ideally they need to go and get games.” the boss said.

“But you need people to come in and take them. The players’ agents know and they’ve been putting the names about and we’ve been putting names about with other clubs."
i understand for them to get first team football but with bolton injured and hendrie our utility defender it makes no sense for him to go on loan
what do i know glad i am not a football manager

Josh Emmanuel comes in on loan from Ipswich - a very good season at Rotherham last year and a player I have always admired. Credit to Askey for this one - this should really strengthen us at right-back.
