It is SHREWSIE as it rhymes with SUZIE!
First half we struggled to get going Ben Smith saving well to keep us in the game , but second half with Ainsworth off and Wright on we went for it and I thought we were the better side and improved a bit more when the Ginger one came on.Thought we just about deserved the win but it wasn't to be. Oh well if only that linesman had had his glasses on a few weeks ago we would still be in third now, but keep it warm for us Wycombe, and we will have it back next week!

The idiot that held the title Referee killed play with three fouls stopping play in first 4 minutes. Fair play to Accy they pressed for the ball continuously and broke up play. Second half was a big improvement and I think if Harrold had come on earlier we might have got a win. The whole defence played well and I think the midfield was where the problems lay today. They never seemed to be able to string passes or control the ball until the substitution of Ainsworth at half time.

Didn't quite do enough to win. Defence was excellent but Stanley closed us down quickly in the 1st half and we struggled to sustain our passing game. 2nd half Stanley were burned out and apart from a couple of speculative dives by the number 10 (both of which deserved a yellow card), we weren't troubled. They defended well though and we had little goal threat.

Some good things though - the draw killed Accrington's automatic promotion chance (I was a bit surprised they didn't go for the win a bit more), we kept a 3rd consecutive clean sheet, cemented a play off place at least and Bury's win gives them a real chance of the title. I'd rather go to Cheltenham next than Bury and then we and Wycombe have similar last games (Oxford and Southend). Be great if Torquay could beat Chesterfield on Friday night - a Bury win against Wycombe would then put them on top.

Win 2 games and we should make it. Well done to Wycombe if they match that - we might then want to revisit the idiot linesman and referee Linington who took 2 points off us and gave 1 to Wycombe with the infamous "goal" that never was.

We still have a great chance - and how sweet it would be if the ginger one clinched it!

Imagine the scenario.. 0-0 with Oxford in the final game, needing a win to go up, and last minute Harrold bangs in an absolutle stonker condenming Wycombe to another year in League 2<nahnah>

Provided they don win the play offs.. i'll be seriously pissed if those 3 points stolen from us in the 6 pointer with Wycombe make the difference. In my opinion(biased as it is) the FA/FIFA/ whichever muppets claim to run this game should chalk the point off Wycombe and give us the 2 we deserve! Not Rocket science <doh>
It's also a ridiculous argument that had the 'goal' not been awarded and Smith picked it up, which he did it would of affected the outcome of the game, instead of us having kick off when it was awarded. That 'goal' changed the game, shared the points which they didn't deserve in the slightest! The whole thing is a toal f****** joke, a disgrace even. It would have been bad enough for a mid table team, for one on the brink of the automatics, it's devastating. For one that thanks to the filthy cheating ended up just below the cheats themselves? Nothing short of a disgrace.Since they were so quick to dock Hairyfud and Torquay points for a small admin error, why can't they even out the points? Being able to watch football in 3D, well that's great. I'd sooner have the gaping flaws, such as this, ironed out. Video technology? Yes please

    Phew!!!
