sadly to romp you need rompers, not sure if they do them in the gas size, try mothercare, they are good listeners
wow, a lot of bitterness on here. a few shrews come on the gas board predicting a easy win which obviously didnt happen so we give banter back as some seemed to have gone into hiding! but instead of having a laugh with each other, we see a lot of bitterness instead. oh well. thanks for the 3 points. see you in feb for the other 3 points oh and as regard to our attendance, we had the highest in league 2 last night and 2nd highest for league 1 and 2 together.
Give banter back? That's all the gas fans on here ever do! No bitterness from me. You won so you get to shout about it - I get it. But all the gas gloating on here just reminds me of Vale fans a year ago. It's a nice compliment to us to know it means so much for you to beat Shrewsbury but you risk looking as stupid as the Vale did last season. I'll be ready to remind you of that when the time comes. It was just another league match - we'll all lose plenty more before the season's out. The important thing is where we all finish in May.
2 or 3 of us is not all off us. same amount of your fellow chums who come on our board for a laugh. its just a bit of banter and nothing personal. my comments are only aimed at those who come on the gas board like AJ and jenny. take no notice of us all the best vs arsenal and im sure we will see you again in the top 7 no doubt
i hope my friendly banter is just that, the gas and i have been bantering since june. whoever won last night or if it was a draw the banter will continue especially if there are any more cock ups in the gas walking back to happiness routine!
Highlights of the gas v shrews on bbc website now if anyone is interested. Within the highlights, the chap says "Shrews goalkeeper continued to be the busier of the two keepers" but apparently Rovers didnt create any real chances
Did the BBC say that Rovers didn't create any real chances 'cos I didn't? I notice you are too embarrassed to mention my reference to the hired wedding marquee at the south end of the Memorial ground. On Tuesday I was fearful that it might succumb to the elements.
No KDS, you see everyone knows the tent end is ****e, but thats why we have given it to you losers in the away end Its either sit in the tent, or stand in the rain. The brilliance of choice eh?
i think aldershot may turn the gas stampede up the league into a limp. your next point may be at home to barnet on 19.11.11. oh dear how sad never mind. i should carry on watching the results for hereford plymouth barnet and bradford, just in case the walk turn to a slide. remeber strawberries are delicious, gas can be lethal, minnows can swim and can bite premier pike on the bum, but gas just sinks like in the league
**** me AJ you don`t half come out with some ****. You been smelling the cow **** in Devon for too long mate
By the time of the reverse fixture there is bound to be a large number of travelling support purely because they will have come to demonstrate for a change of management as you slide down the league. Hoof ball will end you up there.
Amazing. When you come to use the above as a quote the 4 letter word comes up as uncensored. The cream (ie Shrewsbury) will always settle near the top.
thankfully at his age our manager has already been through the change and he and the squad have league 1 as a target, unlike buckle who is consolidating with a large squad. i am motoring to shrewsbury to smell the coffee and enjoy a salopian clotted cream tea. when the gas come up in february we can provide them with a tent to inflate or they may wish to take advantage of our roofed all seater north stand. i cannot understand why the football league allows teams in the league with tents to keep the rain out. the last time i was at the memorial ground was 20 years ago in the new stand to watch bristol beat leicester tigers. i do hope the gas new stadium will have seats and 4 covered stands
