Slightly! Half the staff at College couldn't get in today, even though most of the students were there. Meanwhile, I walked a mile and a quarter to my bus stop, waited about twenty minutes in the blizzard on the side of a main road until I got a text off someone who catches the bus further back in Trywyn saying the bus hadn't even got there, so I had to walk all the way back down the road to my house to get a lift to Town off my dad. Stark contrast to Austria, really. Went there in early December and it was incredible - great place - they had about four/five inches of snow everywhere and it didn't stop snowing or get above -2 all weekend, but everywhere ran as normal; planes and trains were reliable as one would expect and there was none of this 10 m.p.h down the bypass business.
