So judging Shrewsbury on current form in whatever league they are in they will marmalise Arsenal. I play in a pretty good local five a side team and we have won our last 5 games so presumably that means we would give Arsenal a good thrashing (based on their recent results). Correct???

port vale, arsenal and torquay, we take them in our stride, we have nothing to lose or fear at the emirates, as the spirit of derby county and swansea city will be with us, so i say to the arsenal beware of the quiet clubs, beware of the shrews, who do all their talking on the pitch, probably in the oppositions goalmouth. so keep practising those penalties, floreat salopia, come on you shrews breathe on 'em

Honestly can't see us losing this game. Not because we're playing well (as we're not), and not because we're confident (as we're not) but because I will only frickin' well be there in person. Boom. I've got an impressive record of never seeing us lose at The Emirates (let's not get into Higbury though...). In fact, we've only drawn once when I've been there too. I will be hiring out my services fo' free tickets in the future. Rest assured for you glory hunters out there that I've got a ticket for Olympiacos too so if you've a hankerig to see a Chumps league win then that's the game to go to!

I think our team will honestly depend on Blackburn too. If we win without accumulating any injuries or suspensions then I expect us to field a strong second string team. If not, I expect we'll try and use this game to build confidence.

For me (as I think we'll win ooop north):

    ----------------Flappyhandski-----------------
    --Jenkinson---Djourou---Kos/Miguel---Santos--
    -----------------Pingpong--------------------
    -----Oxocube------Ramsey-----Myachi--------
    ------------------------Arshavin--------------
    -----------------Chamakh--------------------

and I fully expect that midfield to rotate like buggery. I'd like to think that squad can do pretty damn well but meh, what do I know. Would be nice to see Ryo and Oxo get a chance to play. Probably be completely different though!

don't tell any one, i cannot see the arsenal losing either but it has been a bit of fun observing from the outside goings on at a premier club fanbase. floreat salopia, and i think our two internationals bradshaw and collins will play as they are used to big stadiums and are good. if i was arsene i would have a good look at them. bradshaw wales u21, collins eire u21. could be a suprise on tuesday or not
