    Now that is a well thought out and intelligent point.
    I completely agree.I used to make the point that Liverpool were in marketing speak '' a massive cash cow that hadn't been milked''.In other word they haven't realised their overall marketing potential.The key to this is as you've said an increased stadium.To use simple economics as an example and the term ''Supply and demand''.Liverpools supply is less than their demand,which makes excellent reading.There was a report no so long ago that Liverpool have a 65,000 waiting list for season tickets.This demand needs to be met somehow.Liverpool like Man United are a club who have the means to aggressively market themselves.They've earnt the right to do so.I'm a fan of aggressive marketing.I don't have a problem with it.If you've got a highly marketable brand,something that is iconic,maximise its commercial potential.As I said,Liverpool developing their stadium is the key to success.
