Agree with Fran, again. Nigel has a set routine and I won't bother repeating it. No changes for me, thanks, and then as of Saturday night they can let their hair down after they have won.

no,there is no pressure. Stop making out there is. It's all in our hands and we just need to score one more goal than they do.

It is a tricky one. Do you really wind them up, emphasise how important it is, get them really up for it. Or is it, no problem, just another game. I know one thing, if you are nervous you don't perform as well so I just hope the players don't feel like I do right now. I think the management team will earn their pay this week making sure their minds are in the right place to give 100%

A bit of nervousness is a good thing, so long as it's properly channelled. Top sportsmen and women thrive on pressure, it brings out the best in the best.

Of course there is pressure , that's like saying there is no cream in full fat milk ! Everybody is feeling the pressure , I live in Liverpool and they really do want Southampton to go up but by Christ I am getting a **** load of stock for this ie bets people have made on us

There is pressure no doubt about it, but it's not as bad as it could be

They'll be ready, without a break

They shouldn't go on a break, but the more I read what you write, the more I wish you would ... just until after Saturday
