The main difference is that the McCanns were doing it every night and leaving the children in a strange place with a transient population.

I'd say leaving your kids in their own bed in their own home is bad but nowhere near as bad as what the McCanns did.

They didn't even bother to lock the door and refused the baby sitting service provided.

Ive thought they were guilty all along. The washing of the favourite cuddly toy is the absolute last thing any parent would do...unless she was trying to wash something off of course.

My theory has never changed. They sedated her and when they got back shed either stopped breathing or got out of bed groggy and fallen and banged her head. They've disposed of the evidence (cadavar dog got strong traces from the boot of their rental car and Kate McCanns clothing) she claimed it was from working with dead bodies...yeah kate im sure you go to the morgue in Leicester in a nice summer dress.

I guarantee the end to this will be around the 10th anniversary the government will do a deal with a convicted **** to confess to the killing

The thing I'm most confused about is our ****ing police force, turning up in The Algarve with their chests pumped out acting the big man giving it 'move over let the real men do their jobs' to the Portuguese authorities...

    1. Since when have British cops been remotely competent at anything they've put their minds to, bearing in mind these divs didn't see the world's biggest ***** when he was right under their noses for 40 years?

    2. If and when they do come up with their 'masterplan', why do they feel the need to ****ing broadcast it to the world... "Well yeah, we're gonna look for a Portuguese fella called Domingues Eliuerto, we know where he lives, we're going to knock on his door at about 4 later and see if he's in, then arrest him and ask him if it was him".

    Smart cops.

    The whole thing is bizarre.

The Scotland Yard detective in charge, Andy Redwood, claimed on Crimewatch there was a major new witness and new information ....
...... but it was just what the Portuguese had.

Is he trying to trick the McCanns?

Perhaps it's significant that, for the first time in 7 years, they've gone quiet.

There was that portuguese fella in charge of the case at one point, looked like he was doing a bit of covering up by his accounts of the 'findings'. Stick him in a booth with a couple of Brit special forces lads and see how long it takes for him to spill. That's realistically the only lead.

If they're not gonna give up they should just say "Sorry, we can't find her, it was your fault so you're not gonna get any sympathy from us, **** parents" and move on. I'm fed up of it, and I guarantee you she could walk right past me now and I wouldn't know it was her.

To be fair Terry, that's your answer to everything <doh>

The millions this case has cost could have been better spent, sorry to say that but it's true.

In an age where there's cctv everywhere and thousands clicking away on phones & cameras, especially in a holiday resort, there's no record of the 'criminals'.

Not only that but they managed to enter an apartment and murder/kidnap a child without leaving the slightest shred of evidence or DNA.

The only sightings/evidence/DNA involves the parents.

Now they're digging up the 'patio' ....... <whistle>

    What else?

Let's solve the poverty crisis in the UK by sticking all the poor people in booths with special forces lads until they beg to go back to their damp bedsits?

My answer to getting answers from somebody who looks like a ****ing liar is to interrogate him, a proven way of getting people to talk. If he doesn't talk then shut the case, there's no more leads as far as I'm concerned, blame the two ****ing idiot parents and none of us have to hear them droning on about it for the next four hundred years.

I am, I was at my son's house yesterday and he isn't ........ I could post from there but the board is ****e tbh.

They're like a bunch of schoolkids and the banter rarely goes above 'nur nur ne nur nur'.

Just a pack of prairie dogs who always go 'hunting in packs' because they don't have the balls to fight their own battles.

Haha backdoor entry to the toon board. I've asked for a ban from their board I PM'd that Binoculars bloke.

I used to get good banter out of a few of them, there's still some good lads knocking about obviously but a couple that are just thick as ****. I can't be bothered trying to create decent debate when the mongs just come back with sly boring, tesco-value humour. Only a few but they're just the type of lads who you see sniggering in the corner of a boozer wearing T-Shirts that read "If found please return to the pub", ****ing boring bastards mate.

I've always found that the Mods set a general tone on whichever board, which is why this one is usually quite good.
You can't tell ours from the other posters.

The Mag board is Albert's little kingdom where he starts most of the threads and encourages stupidity.

The majority of the good posters (myself being one of them of course :p) moved to a different forum. I go to the not606 Newcastle forum from time to time to see what is going on but quite often nothing much is going on so I slink back to my usual one.

Unbelievable! A thread about the McCanns has suddenly turned into an anti Newcastle thread. <laugh>

You've asked to be banned, is that right? Why don't you just stop going on there? <doh>

Because every now and then I'll post a question on a thread after a few weeks say, hoping to maybe get a better response but still get the same old **** from nuggets. I'd rather just not have the option, it's not all the lads on there, most are probably alright to be fair. I got a decent response from one poster, which I was more than happy with and I accepted I didn't look at the whole picture in the end.

QWOP sums it up for me, the better posters left for another forum. I'm sure you're a decent lad, I just can't be done with chumps who don't have the bottle to back up anything they say, just total keyboard stuff, it's pathetic.

<laugh> Back on topic. I always had a slight suspicion that the parents are involved. They should be charged for negligence at the very least.

My weeks ban on the mag board has stretched into it's third week. All because JPF and Humbles were 'beeling' to explosion point. I didn't break a single rule. <laugh>

When the babies can't handle it Mother Goose Albert sweeps in and takes away the big bad monsters <laugh>

Agree whole heartedly the Somb and QWOP are sound, even met QWOP and he's a geezer.

I've got to relax for two months at least apparently. I'll be to take away ffs.

Actually this topic is close to my heart. We go to Burgau every year which is about two miles from Luz and often have a walk into there for a night. The whole thing sickens me tbh. Any normal family would have been dragged across the coals for neglect, but because they are "respected people" it's a different scenario. Also feel for the people of Luz whose towns name will be forever tarnished.
