Should Sock Accounts be Allowed?

I haven't been on much lately because I've been busy with work so I've always popped up when chaos reigns but missed out on what started it

 

It was a while ago now I can remember everything but my post was the jist of it.

 

If a sock gets spammed out the site, it takes everything with it

Quotes may remain, so DMD will blitz them, with my ok. The object of that is so that anything relating to the sock is destroyed.

I think the only thing that remains might be 'likes.'

All I remember is luv and one other poster complain that their posts had been altered.

I’ve been kind of busy the last few days and just pop in on my phone when I get a minute. So I haven’t followed the whole narrative.

If it’s all been sorted now, fair enough.

 

So far this morning i've removed 9 spambots and 1 sock from the system. The Spambots actually nearly wiped out a board today....so having to deal with socks is an added inconvenience that affects everyone.

Spambots are my priority they are the ones that can affect users and the site the most. DMD technically would have trouble controlling Spambots due to their nature of aggressiveness.

My view is we don't have time to fook about, just blitz everything, problem that then creates innocent parties risk getting shot in the crossfire.

I didn’t give any of my personal information out. Skiddy boasted about finding it, and he and Pixie proceeded to release details. It was a cyber attack pure and simple.

If someone finds out who I am, they have absolutely no right to make that information freely available. Only I have that right.

i would find that very sad.... but if i've given the info freely then i guess it's my fault. I would hope that i hadn't antagonised you in a way that you would want to do that to me.

edit: apparantly people googled lawyer dorset rock god. That's all the evidence i have to go by so unless you think they got your personal info by other means, you have shared that info out before (tbh i'm wary of that as you wrote so much about yourself i didnt know what was true or false)
