Speaking to a friend who was there on Saturday, he said that Slade got booed when he pulled off Magennis, and also Holmes. Strange that in his post-match he accused the fans of booing Botaka on to the pitch, he didn't even realise they were booing him. He also said the players let Slade walk off on his own to take the abuse. Didn't this happen with Carol? Time to get out The Olive Coat for Elfs to deliver the coup de grace:emoticon-0130-devil.

but Elf is a Slade supporter? Olive, I gather, is staying in the cupboard :(

Interesting quote from Dr Tony Xia, who this morning sacked Di Matteo:

''I'd say actually we consider the stability & long term vision very important aspects but we need get all right b4 starting long march.''

Think it applies to Slade and CAFC.

Never one to resist the chance of selling another copy of VOTV and making an extra £2, that self styled Lefty Ricky Everitt goes to war against Slade..... in the Sun <applause>

Surely taking money from the Dirty Digger must have tortured Comrade Rick's proud socialist soul ?

I don't care what paper he writes in as long as it keeps the pressure on Douche and his bitch. What we need is to keep protesting at every home game, before, during and after.

I am enjoying your fitful contributions over on ITTV Dicky <cheers>

You remind me of the Michael Caine character in the film Zulu.

Perhaps the remake might be called "Richard v the Apologists" ?

There's only one real argument for keeping Slade on- that whoever replaces him will probably be worse. And Driesen will still be calling the shots on recruitment, so the argument is not a bad one.

I am just getting sick and tired of the likes of IA, Colin,Lardiman, etc. How far do we have to drop before these pathetic apologists wake up and criticise the regime. Like you say I feel like General Custer or King Canute.

I did a Twitter poll, "Do You Want Slade out now?

175 votes and 65% said Yes <cheers>

When you consider that only the 6 extras from the Werthers Original ads post on ITTV, it puts things in perspective.

You should have added an "I don't care" option, I don't give a toss who is in charge under this lot, they have no impact on me. Hopefully we will sack a couple and go for a record in one season
