Football is ****e now compared to then.. That world cup was highly entertaining.....Cameroon.. Plats volley vs Belgium gazzas tears.. Pens.. It was peak football
The "the whole Cameroon team try to kill Cannigiga" moment was hilarious, other than that, it was dull as ****.
Argentina were appalling to watch that year and bored their way to the final. And Brazil did nothing.
England did well then, and were one the better teams to watch, but the other matches were painful to watch.
Doesn't bother me who does well... entertainment 1st imo.
Before the next game, please announce that by mutual agreement, these remaining games will be his last. Give hi m a 5 game send off so things don't get toxic for him. Come on Wilson/Hopkinson, do the right thing now.

No enough is already enough. Mutual consent, gone end of season, get the crowd off his back, let him go out with some pride. We need to plan for and with the successor right ****ing now, but I know 100% what we’re going to do - fart arse around, make no firm decision either way, have a shambolic summer of non-transfers and watch on as the club scratches its collective head in next seasons relegation fight.

Everything - and I mean everything - needs an immediate and urgent overhaul. Sat twiddling thumbs letting Howe carry this “plan a or nothing” car crash into 26/27, making comments about Wissa getting a fulll pre season, should have more than just alarm bells going off. I honestly don’t know what the exec or ownership team are doing. Apart from **** all.
Mind blowing 16 votes to keep howe in a job! What have people been watching?! I voted to get rid if we fail to get Europe which i thought was reasonable a couple weeks ago. We've got worse since then and will now not get anywhere near Europe. He has to go.

what’s ****ing mental is when Howe took over we remained ****, there was no uptick, but then bought big, big players and hey presto we got better. He has, at times, over achieved, and as a mickey mouse cup winner will be forever lauded but let’s get real - Wigan, Leicester, Coventry have all got a cup without permeating the old order. He’s done a little better than expected but in my opinion Rafa would’ve done better.
Does look that way and he's reporting that the club are getting rid of Howe in the summer.
