I don't believe either ever handed in a transfer request as it goes, there was some thing from Ferguson saying that Rooney 'wanted away' but neither officially did. Regarding De Gea, I for one was of the opinion that he was proving a distraction and that if he didn't want to play for us should just be allowed to leave. What is one supposed to go, wring our hands and start begging him to stay? **** that, he's a club employee, just like the rest. My opinion that he is the best goalkeeper out there and so if possible it would be better if he stayed also never changed though. However, as his transfer fell through and he got back into the side and is focused then he gets our support. Again, as he's a club employee like the rest. If he were currently seeing his arse and still agitating to move that would be different but he isn't. Nor is Rooney. #notfickle
Obviously not. Anyway, I would expect managers receive very large bonuses for achieving success (relative of course).
How much do you think 'Pool are going to have to pay Klopp to bribe him to take over certain failure and sacking at Klanfield? I reckon he'll fleece them good and proper!
