I have no idea what you're implying here, but my season ticket money would pay for what? An hour of Bullard's wages?

I don't really care, nor am I under any false Daily Mail style illusions that it's "my" money that's paying for the players. Such a daft argument.

Doing it on the pitch? There was one game (can't remember which - Prem/Ch-ship - but some fan'll know) where he started, but so hung-over (or still pissed) that he only really turned up after half-time.

Come on Percy, do the maths for us. You should be able to tell us just how many minutes of Bullards wages a student pass covers.
An hour is quite close I believe.
Fans pay the players wages? not these days.

How may days of Bullards wages can the club pay by prozzying itself to the likes of smak convertors and ambulance chasers?
Let us know in a fortnight.

You all act like other players are brilliant every game.

Have you forgotten our home form last season already? Are we going to accuse the full team of being hungover or pissed? Or just Jimmy Bullard because he earns more?

Looks like the PFA will be playing a massive part in Bullards sacking. City are very Q.T. on this now as they await the thumbs up from the PFA to terminate Bullards contract. IMO, if true, this is long overdue.

No, Perky, there's being off-form and there's being pissed/hungover. The latter is un-professional.

We don't know he was hungover for whatever game you're talking about though do we? All speculation.

Also, would this whole situation have occurred with Brown in charge? I think not, clearly Pearson can't control his players.

i think its the complete opposite to your former point. I think Pearson likes tight control of his players which Bullard isnt used to or at least was allowed to get away with whatever he wanted under Brown or Jewell

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Opera House Casino for the main event of the evening, in the red corner Marlon 'the wife beater' King and in the blue corner Dean 'the Deano' Windass.

Then ladies and gentlemen, live from the Hesslewood Hall Car Park for the main event of the morning, in the red corner Jimmy ' the waster' Bullard and in the blue corner Nick 'the legend' Barmby'.

You don't half post some ****e, don't go wasting that £30 you'll need it for your Frosty Jack next term.

Yes i hated the way he got away with feeling happy and wanted under Jewell and winning the player of the year with 5 goals in 15 games.

IMO, Jewell told Bullard to perform on the pitch and i will ignore your off pitch lifestyle. That is totally unacceptable and would have ended in tears @ Ipswich eventually. Jewell knew Bullard wanted to prove a point and played on that fact. But long term JB was never going to go there. I will be amazed if DQPR take Bullard if City manage to terminate
his contract ? Do they want Bullards baggage on top of all there other problems ? If they do then good luck to them as they will need it.

The biggest happyness Bullard can give Hull City is to go and not take a pennymore from the clubs funds.

Percy surely you don't mean this? Even a student couldn't be that immature.

Just hoping for an end to this sorry mess, it's not even the wage issue, Mcshane Kilbane and Oli are pros and try and earn their money, Bullard is an idiot

I agree with Percy that the whole point of this football team we support is trying to win and we stand a much greater chance to do that with JB in the team. If NP can replace him with someone much cheaper then I'll be delighted but I get the impression he's going to leave and not be replaced, leaving us with the same midfield as last year, who created a whole 2 chances for the strikers all of last season.

I don't get why everyone's priority is having players they like as people rather than them being good players. I think Ronaldo is a bit of a ****er sometimes but I'd have him at City, yeah ideally you'd take Messi instead who's also a great professional but if we were offered Ronaldo we'd take him. Because football is the most important thing in a football team!

However, (note to Percy) it devalues the argument when you start bringing in the whole Brown/Pearson ****e, especially if you don't think it through first.

SPOT ON. GREAT POINT WELL MADE.

I can see Oli still playing a role @ City especially if we can Bin Bullard.
