edge in pen pal embarrassment hell I remember our primary school "adopted" a wee african fella called Gidudu. Basically we would all bring in coppers to send over to him to buy him books pencils n **** for school. He would write to us and the head teacher would read his letters out at assembly. We managed to save enough cash for him to buy a bike for cycling to school but one day we got a dread letter, poor wee Gidudu was ran over by a bus on his way to school, he was riding the bike we bought him.
