did not want AC to be sold but that moneys to good to tuen down and from what the club have said to day the right one andy got to big and got greed!! but the club should have said if a bid comes in thats to good how can we get in on loan even bad planning!!! and think our scoting team is good so with some money to spend now fingers crossed happy days

The whole transfer request thing came in pretty late, but your right; as soon as Carroll told Pardew, Ashley and the other one should have made money available for at least a loan
If Liverpool and Chelsea were so desperate for this to go through, why didn't we contact both clubs and say it was conditional on a loan striker coming here?

There was interest in AC for weeks before this, surely you would think that they had some names in mind if the worst happened?........ well, obviously not!
Chelsea started the cycle so we could have asked for Sturridge as they knew we could affect their deal for Torres. Could have tried for Kuyt as well. Don't really rate N'Gog or Jovanovic much, unless it was a cheapish permanent deal.
