You should have been in Munich last weekend for Oktoberfest. steins n boobs. You'll really like Prague, Comm. I know the place well having been resident for 6 yrs, and getting back 2-3 times a year. Loads of new eatery places opening up, making it more cosmopolitan, but loads of great watering holes.... ++. Hotels getting ****ing expensive though. Loads of other drinking towns you'd also like Budapest, Brno, Ostrava, Hamburg, Berlin, Bruges, Maastricht, Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn, Krakow, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Warsaw, Belgrade to name a few.
Bruges is f*cking hilarious with all the tranny bars. Krakow, the vodka bars. Tried a few and then did an impression of a Border Collie crawling home.
Love amsterdam. Got tickets to see Roger waters next june in amsterdam. Cant wait. 2 of my favourite things together.
Not bad. Bit industrial in Gdańsk itself, obviously near the port, but lots of bars/restaurants around the inner 'harbour' and old town / Long Market area. Some great Architecture in the centre. If you go up the coast a bit you have a resort town, Sopot, where the beaches are great. Still a bit nippy in April, but definitely warming up. Enjoy Vince
