    Monday - the offside rule

    Tuesday - how to use both shins when shooting at goal

    Wednesday - how to turn a lack of pace into a positive

    Thursday - using elbows for extra elevation when jumping for headers

    Friday - hitting row z from the penalty spot

    Saturday - hat shopping (you have to look good and it's the weekend)

    Sunday - how to speak Geordie (because it doesn't matter if you're ****e so long as they think you're one of them)

    Just like Jenas was a pussy on the pitch but is a decent commentator/pundit and Henry was an amazing footballer but a **** stain of a pundit.
