He is flawed. That has to be recognised. When he came on against Norwich we lost a lot of defensive integrity. He was run ragged and his cover was terrible, apart from one moment where he won the ball back to great applause.
Don't get me wrong... I like him but he really needs to be coached well and used in a certain position or situation where we're really secure defensively.
He offers us something we haven't had in a long time, in attacking play: someone who will take defenders on and make a cross. But, as he develops, he really needs support around him on the pitch and has a lot to learn before he has a more complete game.
