Would you think it reasonable to see Clattenberg 'relegated' again for his mistakes in the Chelsea v Utd game ?

It would give credence to consistency if he were.

Clattenburg was taken out of rotation for Liverpool after consulting Gerrard on some big decisions.
"What's that Stevie? A red, you say? Well, if you insist..."

Atkinson's only been in charge of 14 league games since that decision, so it's nothing unusual. He's screwed us up repeatedly in that time, though! <laugh>
The Chelsea non-goal in the FA Cup semi-final is probably the best example.
Friend reffed your game against Fulham in August.

Clattenburg took charge of a League 1 game, that's true, but it was Millwall v Leeds. A horror tie, frankly.
He then returned to his usual round of ballsing us up the following week, at the Emirates.
I really wouldn't be sad to see the back of him, to be honest.

Man Utd get dubious decisions in their way more than any other team in the PL, possibly even more than any team of any of the top 5 leagues in Europe.
    How can anyone deny that?
You just have to look at the decisions they get in their favour in big games, especially at Old Trafford.

I do have life but I do wish I had noted down all the ref mistakes United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool or City have benefitted from.

I might start as of this weekend, as it is crystal-clear that we will somehow get robbed like in most games in the last 10 years at Old Trafford.
We are not even safe from them at the Emirates...
Remember the blatant Vidic handball in his own penalty box in 2011, should have been a pentalty and red card for Vidic.
We won the game anyway, so the outcry wasn't great.
But the wrong decision had an impact on the title race:

Vidic didn't get suspended due to a red card he should have and ends up scoring the deciding goal in the very next league game, which was the potential title decider against Chelsea.

Man Utd is like a love child of the FA.

Their gloryhunting can't be taken seriously anyway in discussions like this. They will just point out to the trophies their team has won and state that we are trophyless. That's about as far as they get.

The ref in our game against your lot was ****, agreed.

Apart from the goal, you as QPR fan can't complain about the ref.
The red card was deserved, no question. QPR players were allowed to kick our players (specially Wilshere) around the park whereas a soft push by an Arsenal player would result in a free kick against us straight away.

It's fair of you to think that nothing's behind the way you got clearly screwed over at Old Trafford last year, but you only experienced that once at Old Trafford.
Those kind of decisions happen nearly every season we play at Old Trafford!!

Tottenham also f*cked over by refs plenty of times at OT.

Man United is the golden cash cow of the FA, the media and BSkyB etc. No matter what happens, they will never allow United to slip out of the Top 4...let alone turn into a mediocre side like Liverpool.

Mark Clattenburg not officiating any United after they got stuffed by Man City and then a year later suddenly giving questionable decisions United's way.

You don't get Arsenal, Chelsea or Tottenham fans agreeing on many things, but if there are some, United getting a different treatment from the official would be one.

I'm starting to feel sorry for Poll. At least he sent Terry off against us once. <laugh>
I just noticed that he was in charge of the bentest game ever, by the way. Zagreb 1-7 Lyon.

Guess we'll never know since he's been "relegated" for the comments that no one appears to have heard...

Also refereeing errors are hardly rare - if a ref was relegated to a lower division every time they made some bad mistakes there would be no refs left in the PL!

Actually the Clattenburg - Liverpool connection looks way more dubious than even the worst Utd ref conspiracy theory.

29th September 2007 - refs Liverpool vs Wigan - Liverpool win 1-0, Wigan have goal wrongly disallowed for offside.
20th October 2007 - refs Liverpool vs Everton - Liverpool win 2-1. Clattenburg sends off two Everton players, turns down a blatant Everton penalty, and ignores a clear two footed lunge by Kuyt
21st January 2008 - refs Liverpool vs Aston Villa - 2-2 draw with no contentious decisions

Clattenburg then does not referee Liverpool again for over three years.

In other words, he got three Liverpool games in four months then as soon as he stopped gifting Liverpool victories through **** decisions he was "rotated out" of Liverpool games for the next three years. Absolutely guarantee you that if the same had happened for Utd then PISKIE and Co would still not have stopped shouting about bias. You can find plenty of other examples for most of the big clubs, you just need to look.

Just for the record, before any Utd pussies start whinging:

Koscielney should have been sent off tonight.

And Reading should've had a penalty with the score at 4-1.
And the ref got a load of injury time from nowhere.

They should have had a pen, we should have had one. Reading making a sub in the 90th minute did not help their cause. Kos should have been sent off. One of their players put in a tackle on Meade that could have EASILY seen him sent off. It was high and reckless. All in all, the ref was ****.

So 1-1 on pens not given
and 1-1 on red cards not given.

Is that what Utd fans would call 'decisions evened out in the end' ? <laugh>
