When i started supporting Arsenal they hadn't won a trophy for 14 years.
You are obviously unable to answer my question because you are obviously a plastic Manc who couldn't find his way to the Devil Bowl ;)
P.S.You may call yourself Ivor Biggun but i know who you really are <whistle>

Cym--You need to be up against them when Clattenberk's running the show--then you'll get the old gnashers grinding mate! I'm puzzled as to why Roman hasn't put them on Chelsea's payroll--we can pay more than the mancs! <grr>

I didn't watch the game but i'll tell you what happened because it is always the same.

Every time Arsenal got the ball there was a small foul, a nudge here and a kick there. The referee called a few of them, but none of them were really yellow and it would have destroyed the game if he called them all. Arsenal really commited fewer fouls but every time they so much as touched a united player it was a foul. Once they established they could get away with the small stuff they started hitting Arsenal harder.

Same with yellows. The referee could probably have handed out 30 yellows to United players because every time Arsenal broke after that, they got charged or bumped. but he didnt call those, because otherwise United would have only had 6 players left at the end.

It is the same every time you play against United and I just don't watch them play any more, because it is a farce. Supporters of every other club should just boycott United games in protest.

Utd were the better team yesterday regardless. They have been for some years.

Their fans are the 2nd biggest bunch of twats on the planet though. Always have been, always will be.

One of the most accurate posts I've ever seen on any forum.

Dont forget our history with this ref. He was the one when we were beating Newcastle 4-0 then he gave everthing Newcastles way so it ended 4-4. He then walked off laughing and smiling with the Newcastle players who even gave him a pat on the back ON SCREEN. Its always the same with him.

My solution is the PL have a poll where fans of both teams rate the ref after the game. THey are then ranked according to the average vote, so for example when Webb refs a Man U game he would be given 10/10 by Man U fans and 0/10 by there opponents so an average of 5/10. A good unbiased ref would probably get 7 or 8/10 so higher average. Webb would then be kicked out for being bottom of the table and unbiased refs would come through as the best.

So Mike Dean was to blame for Arsenal's abject performance? How long have you been posting on here Arsene?

By the way, Webb and his team disallowed a goal for West Ham yesterday which was blatantly not offside. The benefactors of that decision were Manchester City. As you seem to be just about cutting your teeth with this football malarkey it's prudent to point out that City are Manchester United's great rivals.

This thread has gone totally off topic and it seems pointless to continue it

We'll open it again then next time there's a dodgy ref decision in Utd's favour.

    When's their next game ? <whistle>
