Scottish law is based on what is best for the majority grouping in Scotland. We used to have the same type of law in the North of Ireland but we have moved on to a little bit fairer system where ones religion is the sole reason for verdict.
It is not only the legal system that has a rotten bias but as we seen last season when a number of Rangers players lost control of themselves at the cup match at Celtic Park. None of them were punished properly and once more Scottish Football was the laughing stock of Europe.
It seems Scottish Society at large is unable to move out of the bigotry and sectarianism of the 19th century. Instead of all right-minded people abhorring the verdict and discussing how things to try to avoid these biased and unjust verdicts in the future.
