Agree Gat very under-whelmed up down with Chesterfield then some weird stuff at Oldham. Still a trip to the races with the team should get the team spirit back. Really needs to get his career back on track so hopefully this is the challenge he needs just seemed a lot of options with a better track record.

Just been watching John Sheridan talking to the BBC.....obvious that at present he has to work with the existing staff.

What he has done is brought in Gary Owers to be part of his coaching staff.......I am surprised to hear that Owers is already part of the club and working with the youngsters.

Just checked him out and he has experience from the past with playing at a good level and also coaching......so what the hell has been going on.

We've had a inexperienced manager with inexperienced staff.....and tucked away with the youngsters is someone who had more experience than the lot of them put together !!!

What a shambles Fletchers regime was.....where they to proud to ask Owers for help.....I find it very difficult to come to terms with what has been happening in the first half of this season.......I just hope that Fletchers Legacy can be reversed from the inevitable Conference ending that we were looking at before his sacking.

Once Bhas leaves maybe we will see a signing or 2 but prepare to be under whelmed again. Doubt he will stump up for a budgie let alone budget。

Hey be careful mexijan.........Mrs LaLa is partial to a budgie or two.....NO not to eat,.... you don't want to upset LaLa she can be quite vicious with her put downs.

PS..........just mention Beau's poor legs and she'll bite yours off.

We know full well that we aren't going to sign anyone brilliant let alone expensive so being underwhelmed isn't really on the radar. All I hope is that whoever it is is better than what we have. There has been talk of Bhas leaving on and off throughout. No particular surprise if he does go even if we could do with him staying.

Presumably Plymborn he was doing perhaps the most important job in the club. Since we won't have huge sums to buy players, bringing good youngsters on is crucial. It's something we've done pretty well at over the past couple of years too, I'd suggest and we need to keep that going.

You do tire me out: we have what you consider to be a good guy doing a job which is vital to the club and that's somehow a bad thing?

More important at present to be involved with the first team for a good guy like Owers notDistant.......... good youngsters would prefer to be part of a Div2 club than a Conference club anyday.

Fact of the matter is if Brent had given the job to somebody of similar ilk in the first place then we wouldn't be talking about the kids trainer would we. We do need to bring on youngsters like all teams at this level and the better the trainer the better or more likely that will be. I wonder what he thought of the managerial set up from the back room though. Would be interesting to know although I would doubt he would ever spill.

A bit of a concern that Sheridan has found out that Plymouth's location and lowly league position is a problem getting loan players to relocate.

Could that suggest that they are too comfortably off to try and ge first team football somewhere else ?

James Brent did leave it too long before sacking Fletcher........91st in the pecking order doesn't excite many loanees to Plymouth....one stop before America as well for some.
