One of our best signings who always try's his best and has been outstanding for most of the second half of the season, we are fortunate to have such a player who is younger than Donnelly and fully committed.....im well happy with his attitude....

This is a tad extreme just to lose some weight? Can I suggest Jonjo that you take up squash twice a week and stay of chips and fried food, and for that advice you can buy me a beer, but the beer will be off limits to you!..............
