This was the case with Henderson for the first third of the season. I think Henderson benefited from his time moving between CDM, CM, AM, RW and RB.

Have to admit I had a similar reaction to MITO when I read the piece: the whole scapegoat stuff & personal problems etc. I didn't know how closely he was being quoted.

Like Allen & Downing I'd rather they just shut up saying they're going to work harder to improve and just do it. I can't feel empathy with them not performing because they've just had a kid or their girlfriend has stopped putting out because we all face that but we don't say that crap down the phone to the public if we haven't done the best job possible, never mind what we get paid....

 

Downing is doing pretty well to be fair.

 

I think Shelvey looked ok when he came on at Oldham. I've never really rated him, but whilst he's a Liverpool player he has my full support

Think we should just buy him, as long as it doesn't stop us from getting Neymar.
