I would'nt judge a 20 year old after a couple of bad games. Ronaldo when he moved to United was pretty poor and I heard loads of United fans saying he would never be a player.

I agree, I reckon both Shelvey and Henderson are going to be terrific players.

They both have the potential to be but both are only good at the moment. Neither are great (as very few young midfielders are). The question for me is do you develop these lads in the first team or do you develop them on the training ground and reserves? You can look at Henderson being thrown straight into the first team last year. Did it do him any favours? IMO it did him more harm than good (obviously I take into account him being played out of position too).

i agree with all points... situation is these guys are our only options so when they mess up they get it. but in the end they get paid to be big neough to take it too.

shelvey will never be gerrard but could he be good enough to be a lampard? not sure.

Henderson will never become a 'terrific player' as long as he's got a hole in his arse.

    He's gash.

Managed to look at the Newcastle game again earlier and noticed with the chance that Shelvey missed that Suarez came into the box in his usual fashion and Shelvey was screaming for the ball, when Suarez carried on to the goal line Shelvey turned around looking up the pitch towards our own goal with his hands out shaking his head only to then spin around again and receive the pass from Suarez which he then made poor contact with and slipped on his back.

Shelvey needs much more coaching and taking your eye off play when your in the box, but don't get the initial pass you want is strange. I do think he will develop into a great player in time though.

haha, give it up you bad ted.

Those birds have zero romantic interest in you, as you're a fat old bloke, if you genuinely believe that they do, then you're totally deluded - then again you're a red ****e, so that's highly likely. Keep kidding yourself on mate if it brings some joy into your sad & lonely existence.

He has an immaturity and lack of discipline about him but I'm sure that will improve over time. The raw skills are there.

Reality big lad, that's the only 'source' required.

    As predicted, delusional.

Keep paying & keep believing it's something beautiful mate.

You really are a bitter, bitter Blue Sh1te. I actually feel sorry for you. They're good friends, you prick and I was having some fun with Swarbs. Sadly, you and the manc twat NOF don't have a sense of humour, unlike most of the people on this board.

haha, pointing out that you're a deluded liar, makes me bitter does it? Whatever you say big man.

I think you'll find that people were just reacting to what was obvious lies being portrayed as fact. You're now seemingly admitting it was 'humour', maybe if you'd have admitted that earlier & not tried to make out that you were the woolly version of Hugh Hefner, then your blood pressure would be currently a tad lower.......
