For all those having problems with Player, it might be worth trying the other teams site (i.e. www.player.swfc.co.uk) I know that has worked for me in the past. Although, I was back home this weekend so managed to catch it on the local radio so don't know if it would have worked today.

There is also a radio stream http://itfcvideo.caster.fm that certainly used to work for me - but I haven't used it at all this season since I got Player.

From what your saying Hampy it sounds like we lacked ideas. Resorting to hoofing it up the pitch is not what we want to see. Which could start the creative midfielder debàte again. In retrospect a fair result for both sides Hampy? On the plus side still in touching distance of top 10.

We were very, very lucky to come away with a point but then again we were so lively first half in the final third we could've won it too. I think the timing of the equaliser may be why we didn't go on to dominate.

I immediately went onto Sheffield's site but it was the same story there too. Thanks for the other link though, I'll have to try it the next time Player screw things up, which I'm sure they'll do before the season is finished.

And how many did you ask PTC? 50?

It is bollocks. He was the only man who kept the energy levels up, got in ahead of the defender, got his foot on the ball and passed it, broke play up and set up a movement and had his head up going forward and made runs instead of lobbing it. He got in some good positions in front of goal as well, not just for the goal itself. So, I don't know who is saying he was poor but he is the one player for Town yesterday that you could definitely not level that at.

Maybe it's the usual thing of expecting bad things from a player. Loads of people in the stand were giving Nouble stick before he even touched it which doesn't help anything.

TWTD ratings and reviews page. There are currently about posts:

    1) Anderson - took his goal superbly and seems to put in a good shift. Can leave Chambo a bit exposed at times and real wing play and trickery is not evident yet.

    2) Anderson very poor despite goal.

    3) Anderson and Tunnicliffe worked hard but both are too similar and lack genuine pace or a trick that might be what we need to break down the opposition.

    4) Ando must have felt perplexed that his finish was greeted with the mob chanting McGoldrick's name.

    5) McGoldrick, Murphy, Tunnicliffe, Anderson and Luke Hyam all played well. Stop chanting Hyam out of the team he's worthy of his place don't boo own team.

    Ratings:
    Gerkin: 5
    Cresswell 4
    Smith 4:5
    Berra 4.2
    Chambers 4
    Tunnicliffe 5.4
    Hyam 7
    Skuse 6.5
    Anderson 6.8
    Murphy 6.4
    McGoldrick 6.2

So there you have it. Worked hard, played well, lacks tricks. One thought he was very poor. I think as I suggested there is a section of the crowd who are on certain players' backs. It's true that I was baffled as to why McGoldrick's name was chanted after the goal and it was a large section of the crowd - it must be the same idiots who told you Anderson was poor.

IMO it's pretty poor form that sections are chanting mcgoldrick name after Andersons goal. Yes we want someone who's gonna score a hat full but he isn't gonna score 50+ is he. We need the midfield to be chipping in too. I'm sure it felt like a smack in the face for him. Overall sounds like we didn't put in a full shift and this needs to be addressed before someone sticks half a dozen past us. We've come away with a point tho against a team that draw a lot. 2 points short of what we should've/could've had this week so now into a break and time to regroup.

If there was a league for moaning then Suffolk people would win it every season and yes I include myself in that! We are never happy unless we have something to moan about! We must all have a special gene contained in our DNA!

Just to remind people that we are still in a handy position in the League table and if you compare our position now to a year ago it is obvious that we are heading in the right direction! Yes I have moaned about the lack of funds made available in the Summer for decent players but overall I am content with what has been achieved so far. This week we have dropped two points but saying that there is still a hell of a lot of football to be played this season and we are picking up points on a regular basis. Anything over 1.5 points a game will see us in the play offs!

Just a thought, but if Wednesday are draw specialists, is it any surprise that we drew against them yesterday?

    This reporter thinks not.

Spot on warky. We are in a far better position than the last few seasons. Yes its early days but we're not the finished product yet. The top 10 is a finger tip away and top 6 still close. 1.5 points per game sounds easy and its achievable. So lets get behind OUR team.

Not entirely hawky. But don't you start every game hoping for a win. I do.

Good time for an International break, IMO.
We have not looked as solid at the back last couple of games so a good time to have a look a few things, come back in a couple of weeks to kick on for the rest of the season.

Top ten finish should be our aim this season, no more but I also think no less, I am sure MM & TC would be looking for something similar.

I totally agree. I love a win as much as the next person. We just shouldn't be surprised when the expected result happens. :-D

I think it may be down to the way Wednesday go about their game. They broke the play up excellently but were so poor going forward themselves. Although I was surprised they didn't put their chances away and when we were at our best they couldn't handle us - it's not hard to see how they keep ending up with a stalemate. They're like terriers, you'd have to have the skills of Iniesta to play through a side like that.
