I like that lineup... I hope it isn't 4-4-2 again, if it is I would expect Dallas to start, Roofe on bench. I wonder if Bridcutt will enable Monk to revert back to 4-2-3-1
Like that. If it happened, should be the motivation for Mowatt to put in more of a shift when he comes on
Brilliant line up, but with 5 up front maybe we would be relying on Bridcutt a lot, I suspect we may see Grimes today and Taylor bombing forward
We would need Ayling and Taylor to make progress to the half way line too, would need a disciplined performance, maybe just a little too early considering length of time together and short preseason
Can't find it on BeIN listings, are you sure it's on? Wolves and Derby are the two Championship games listed...
Presumed as I can't remember the last time our early kick offs weren't beamed to UAE or the US. Will have a shufftie on modbro at 12 and tell if and where I find it
LUFC v Sheffield Wednesday: Green, Ayling, Cooper, Bartley, Taylor, Bridcutt, Vieira, Mowatt, Sacko, Antonsson, Wood. Subs: Silvestri, Coyle, Bamba, Phillips, Hernandez, Roofe, Doukara.
That looks a pretty awful team selection. Doukara told he can go and selected? I assume that is 4-2-3-1 and new guy not signed in time or not fit?
Worrying. A strong bench. Maybe the rough and tumble of a Yorkshire derby may mean Monk wants control of the midfield first & then put on the flair players in the 2nd half. On Jannsson, probably needs a bit more time to settle in
