On a brighter note we didn’t lose, how I have no f*cking idea, but the only positive was the performance of Hamer
Happy with the clean sheet and a more solid looking keeper. Less happy about Fawanews - really let us down today.
Clung on but looked very leggy second half and he should’ve changed it more and earlier. Delighted we ****ed off the fannying about at the back and put a real shift in.
Unfortunately it's not just him and it's every game, makers of our own misfortune. First half was better but 2nd half ****e, again.
Varane is thick as ****. You aren’t going to win many games when your holding midfielder is such a liability.
On a brighter note budgies staring at a 7th straight home defeat..... probably waiting for Charity Park Rangers to ride into town...
Biggest disappointments were kone, chair and dembele (although he was marginally better today) as they're capable of so much more...most of the team playing to their abilities as far as I can see. Burell gets up but rest of team is 30 yards behind, it all needs a bit of thought during the break
Thought both goal keepers were excellent. Hamer was very commanding and impressive. Had a great game.
I don’t like Dembele at all but thought he did quite well. Tracked back far more than he ever has before and beat players when he did have it. Final ball not there as always. Vale certainly didn’t do anything to suggest he was the right option.
According to the BBC stats, we had a passing accuracy of 61% today, meaning that almost every other pass missed its target. Not what you expect from professional footballers is it? (Sheffield United were 76%.)
What is don't get is that during our run of wins in September October we were getting the ball forward quickly with 5 or 6 players breaking forward with pace.... that now seems to have disappeared and we've gone back to stodge in the middle and things get slowed down.... we need to go back to pace....
As an emergency loanee, don't we have to give him back soon. I see Nardi was on the bench. Congratulations to him on the clean sheet, now if only our forwards could score some goals! I guess Ben Hamer is on a short-term contract, based on this performance let's give him a run of games. Queens Park Rangers On 19 September 2025, Hamer joined Queens Park Rangers on a short-term contract.
My daughter said Kolli has removed any connection to playing for QPR from his social media. Instagram? I'm not sure as I don't use it.
