Got the game on the firestick, but haven't watched more than a few minutes, told my son yesterday that we will get a roasting, when are we going to sort the defense out, we where calling for a defensive coach when Martinez took over, but we were scoring more goals back then, a season to forget, I know Sousa could do a hell of a lot better with these players at defending.....

Yet another longish trip to watch garbage from players that seemed to be only going through the motions...beset with this philosophy of possession is king ....again slow Sideways backwards passes through captain marvel giving us no hope of breaking through any defence set up by the Blades.....we would reach their penalty area and pass backwards without any hint of a shot.....Fisher does not exude confidence in my opinion he is no better than Hamer...waste of money...no cohesion no leadership and no pace until the Bayo sort of look alike came on by which time the game was lost. Another flare let off and that was it...thankfully we had a good lunch break....
Well what a **** show that was , players downing tools ? Because if they’re not then what else could it be , not the Manager Shirley .From two playoffs to this shower ,we’re lucky to the points deduction for Reading and Derby . Too many hidings interspersed with a couple of wins against poorer sides than us (that’s hard to believe) and yet when we win at home the fist pump is ever present , well he can stick his fist where the sun don’t shine ,he’s clueless and more worrying stubborn

It was embarrassing yesterday with a shower on the pitch and some nutters in the stand who ended up having words with the home supporters ignoring what was happening on the pitch especially after we went four down. Waiting for the excuses like having a long coach journey on Friday on a wind ravaged motorway and the players are on a learning curve...and the proverbial lack of pre season.....

I have said it before about the lack of leaders on the pitch....Grimes doesn’t seem to do much apart from a hand clap on kick offs after conceding a goal and if Naughton or Bennett are not on the team there is nothing but hunched shoulders and going through the motions as no one seems to talk.

That’s been obvious for quite some time - as is asking players to do roles that they are not best suited for. I wonder why his Assistant Manager left?
