1st one clearly offside. Defoes second I'm not sure as the lad at full back was deeper than anyone else close. Maybe a foot offside at most but very close. Third one he's behind the ball when it's played so can't be offside. Need to see his second again as it was a hell of a lot closer than everyone thinks IMO!.

Red card was never a red but the problem was the way he went with all of his studs and stabbed at the ball I think. Ref doesn't see it again and, in real time I thought it looked dangerous. On the replay though there's little at all in it

All in all... Doesn't matter we won

Blood, sweat, guts determination and application won that game. Leave all the analysing to the pundits about offsides being level or whatever etc.

    Massive three points.

Great result, the good thing about our last two games is SEVEN goals, yes I know they were against fellow strugglers but goals and results breed confidence, and in our position confidence means everything. How many times have we cocked it up against ten men but not tonight, well done lads bring on Spurs.

I can see how the red was given. Studs up, over the ball stamping into it. Contact isn't needed as it's a protective rule to discourage those sort of challenges. It's soft as **** and over protective but there you go.

Quietly confident, that in spite of everything that's reasonable or logical, that we'll escape again.

Swansea giving the job to their No.2 reminded me of when we gave Sbragia the job. What a disaster that nearly was. That was with about 8 games to go. Their poor bugger has 16-17 games to go.

It may go against the grain for a few on here but I like Swansea. I like to see a lower league club come up and stick it to the bigger clubs, like they've done the last couple of seasons.

I hope they stay up, but just not at our expense, and I'm relieved to see we've dragged them right down into the mix.

    Absolutely mate.

My only concern is that 5 of the 7 were by Defoe! We are SO reliant on the guy! He needs support!!! Urgent radical support!!!

At this point in time, if he gets hamstringed, the whole team gets hamstringed!

Awesome result, ref was a disgrace and we had more than our fair share of luck but I really couldn't give a ****! The three points is all that matters!

Absolutely Blunham, but the ex Hull City man will take some of the pressure off IF we ever get him signed up.
