I know Tash is a tad ubiquitous but I think that OT threads make a forum feel like more of a community. I don't think any newbies are going to want to post in 'Shearer's eBar' because it's impenetrable to an outsider. Surely the more members the better the forum. There's my two penneth.
Deadly serious... I guess it was set up in either the transition period between 606 and Not606 where I didn't know whether or not to bother joining another forum, or else the period of around a year where I was being a good little Uni student and then was given Football Manager... Whichever, I have no knowledge of what it is. I'm scared if someone tells me, it'll shatter my visions of scantily clad waitresses striding confidently between posters in the James' Bond tux, each in their own private jacuzzi (with their username on) which are just close enough to discuss the day's football action... Of air-hockey balanced by classic Vivaldi, and where the plot of "Eyes Wide Shut" doesn't even begin to describe the night-time events...
To an extent, I agree, but on the other side of that coin, you have the fact Tash abused the privilege, which he said of himself. Having too many OT topics posted per day is a bit unnecessary and devalues the whole purpose of our section on this forum, else we turn it into General Chat... Nobody wants that! Being disrespectful to the mods is a bit harsh when they only have the best interests of the board at heart and do a smashing job, and I think private messaging in a logical, non-confrontational fashion is the better option when you feel aggrieved. Unfortunately Tash's style is confrontational, so that's probably against him (DT was scared to post for a while because he rebuffed one of her offerings robustly ). I myself occasion on posting OT threads, but I always at least try and make them relate to football or Newcastle United.
The sexy poll is a place to post and view rude pictures basically. If you pm a mod you will get the password if you're a good lad.
Apparently, I was banned due to "links to bad porn" wtf? http://imageshack.us/a/img843/9854/wtfisthisshitn.jpg
Erm, no I didn't! I posted a link to a legit porn website, and that girl is over 18, she just looks young. There are vids like that all over, it's called "barely legal". I was wrongly banned. And I saw the comments about me apparently abusing mods. I made no personal insults to any of the mods. I just called one of the mods posts "a crock of ****". If I really did post child porn then you'd be banning me permanently, and dialing 999, surely?
If I'm not mistaken, topless pics of Miley Cyrus that were taken before she was 18, were allowed to stay on the sexy poll?
You were banned for 24 hours, consider yourself lucky. And there's a hell of a difference between topless pics of Miley Cyrus and what you put up.
That girl looks about 10 though. As far as you getting banned is concerned it was nothing to do with me and I only found out why you had really been banned after your return yesterday. I did notice you seemed to have had a bit of a run in with AB. As far as the Miley Cyrus posts goes I didn't actually know how old she was when those photo's were taken, so I'm sure other people wouldn't have.
The girl is called Marcela Rubita, she is over 18 years old, and her videos are licensed and put on popular porn websites. I'm sorry some people found the video offensive. I know I'm not the best poster on here, but I at least thought that I'd be good enough over the last 7-8 months or so since I came back on, that you'd just take the post down, and PM me about it, rather than just ban me like you would a troll or a spammer. You can't ban people for posting links to porn, just because some people complained about it. Take it down, fair enough, but banning me? The video is completely legal. Look the porn actress up yourself.
