I guess your reliable people were wrong then! Look at sky news and BBC.
He said he needs to do his apprenticeship before he goes to a Prem Club, thats a bit presumptuous isn't it?
and he isn't using Cardiff to prove he is a failure, let him go to Gateshead or the Mackums.

I am relieved that he is not going to Cardiff......................can't stand the buggers!!

It would have been a tough job for him. Anything less than promotion next season would have been deemed a failure and it seems like a high percentage of fans didn't want him there anyway.

Come down to Bournemouth Alan. Learn your trade down on the sunny south coast not far from Southampton (so handy for visiting the in-laws)

Gateshead would be a good apprenticeship for him, I think the mackems would be a step too far though.

I can't say i'm too bothered about where he goes as eventually it will cause problems for us. If he ever becomes successful at another club and Pards suffers a dip the press will jump on it and forever link Shearer with a return to us, completely undermining our structure.

Wow, you're a moron. One good article about your club and one bad about ours?

How about this as a wider view of Cardiff's fanbase:

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/hooligans/1993938.stm

or this, an Italian hooligan goup documenting incidents involving your world famous Soul Crew:
    http://www.asromaultras.org/uk_cardiff.html

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...mises-to-crack-down-on-Cardiff-hooligans.html

The reason there is so much ill feeling to your club is because you have prior history; incidentally your lot smashed up the place last season when you visited including wrecking a pub. So aye please engage your brain before typing. <doh>

Here's some videos of Cardiff's finest, latest from 2010 which proves they haven't changed a bit:

Family club? Maybe to your own supporters when at home, but your away support is ****ing knuckledraggers at their best.

to tar the whole club with the same brush is lazy to say the least. there are incidents all over the country, one i remember was with stoke, where coins were chucked onto the pitch, didnt really get much coverage in the media. i suppose with a reputation going back to the bad days, it sticks, and ignorant people like you dont base you're opinions on the present, but the past.

i could go on, but to hate a club for being from a different country says alot about you doesnt it.
