I don't believe any of the rumours relating to QPR or Spurs, but if he was to go anywhere, I would expect it to be Man Utd. There is probably a clause in his contract which says they can have first dibs. It wouldn't surprise me if they could also have him for a knockdown fee knowing what a wily old fox Ferguson is.
I just hope the Sentinel are saying something along the lines of, "Shawcross has declined Coleman's offer and decided to pursue his dream of paying for England." and that it's got nothing to do with him leaving.
I'm sure he'll go at some point if he doesn't get into the England setup with Stoke, and I wouldn't blame him for doing so, but I hope we can hold on to him for a little bit longer.
