My first car was a Hillman Imp, I bought it with 3 months mot and no chance of passing another - it was like a colander when it rained, came up through the floor, window seals and run off channels that ran into the car instead of off it! Drove it one really serious downpour and chose to stop and shelter in a shop doorway rather than drive it

We were in B&M today and there was a shelf full of Brut, I took the lid off to smell it and it took me back forty years, I held it across to Mrs LBIA to have a smell saying that I hadn’t smelt the stuff for years, so when I saw this I handed her my iPad and said here’s another one that I haven’t seen for years, her eyes focussed on the aftershave initially then after a few seconds she said wtf are those doing in the photo. It was one of those ‘you had to be there to see her face change’ moments

Just on the Brut subject...I still use it.
I managed to get a replacement arse because mine had a crack in it.
